This day long retreat is an opportunity to bask in the fullness of summer, and listen to the qualities of the season through our bodies. Think extended practices in a breezy yurt on an open field surrounded by the wild, swimming in the lake, walking in the wild, and resting into the regenerative hum of land that is currently in the process of remembering itself as WILD.
We will move our bodies, attuning to inspiring philosophical contemplation through our felt experience, and rest into radical simplicity for a full day of inspiration, rest and curious exploration.

Bhāvana is a doorway of attunement, a quiet cultivation of a particular flavour of noticing, a devotional tending to life itself in it’s emergent process of becoming.
Join Paula Andreewitch and Rebecca Hajek in the magical ancient forest of Sintra for a day of bhakti: the yoga of devotion. Through somatic yoga, embodied philosophy, story telling and kirtan we will create contexts for attunement to ourselves, each other and the world around us as sacred.
At a time when the world is pulling us into separation and division, these practices become vehicles for the felt recognition of our interdependence, a space to tend to our grief, to cultivate love and joy, and to offer our deepest prayers.
