A short and short and sweet yummy flow you can do with your baby, playing with the simultaneous movement of awareness inwards enough to nourish you, and outwards just enough to tend to babe. We wiggle through the whole body and bring baby in for some moments of play, too. A suitable postpartum class for when you are feeling comfortable to do a lunge - but you can also skip that part if its too much. Enjoy my dear :)
