Feel good circulation flow: Bring awareness to your vascular system with this fluid flow that alternates between more dynamic movement to get our heart beating and moments of quiet stillness to rest into the pulsation of our fluid inner world. A feel good, full body stretchy flow to revitalise and refresh ourselves, with a yummy legs up the wall rest to close. 40 Minute practice. Props: Optional block

Rise & Shine: Roll out of bed and onto your mat. This flow starts on the ground and sleepily draws into movement from the ground up as we build into a continuous and delicious flowing practice to anchor in before we move out into our day.
Whole Body Core: A creative and challenging practice that cultivates supple strength from the centre outwards towards the periphery and back again. It’s a fun and varied flow of functional core work (i.e applicable and supportive of our every day movements) that will probably get sweaty and will challenge you to move in many directions and to play with balance.
Shoulders, neck & upper back release: A sweet slinky flow to release shoulders, wrists, upper back and neck. Props needed: 2 blocks or 2 rolled up towels.
Post run practice: Some of my go to practice favourites after a run to release and refresh. Starting with some myofascial release for our feet using a tennis or therapy ball (quick to skip if you don’t have one) and moves into a leg focused flow with some supported backbends and floor based stretchy goodness at the end. Props: Ball, yoga strap, block. This can of course also be done without the run (!) to release tired legs & feet.
Strong & Playful: A challenging class that plays with weight shift, balance, handstands and momentum. A variety of movement textures with asymmetrical movement woven through out to challenge our proprioception and forge new pathways. Options to play with press handstand variations (that are also easy to ignore and skip if that’s not fun for you). Less talking & instruction and more of a guided creative movement flow. Enjoy!
Lung Exploration: A mellow practice to find and move from our lungs. Starts with some sound and breath work and continues into a yummy flow finding the support of these billowy structures in backbends. Opportunities to play with forearm balance variations (or not!) and an invitation to go off piste and continue into your own explorations and self practice near the end should you want to.
Energise & Clear: An energetic feel good practice of moving, shaking, arm swinging, sounding, twists and balances to shake it off, move it through, clear space and energise.
Back to Centre: a dynamic full body flow exploring fluid pathways of movement. Move your spine, play with balance and remember how inherently well made you are. *Archive: an older video with lower resolution video & high quality sound.
