This is a practice that stays close to the ground and explores specificity of movement through the hips, whilst exploring the relationship of the limbs to the centre of the body. Through multidimensional hip movement, gentle strength building and rest and release we tend to our sense of centre, and cultivate grounded spaciousness. Props: You will need a bolster or blocks and a strap for this practice, but can improvise if you donβt have them.
