In this practice we establish clarity around the front, back and middle body and how they integrate to give us a full sense of multi-dimensionality, depth and volume. It’s a calm, simple practice that starts gently and becomes progressively a little stronger with options to add spice where desired. We play with twists, balance, and backbends. A calm way to build precision, fluidity, awareness and strength.
