In this practice we explore the relationship between the sternum, the ribs, and the thoracic spine. Woven with fluid movement exploration to embody the ribs and find clarity in their articulation, we move from the ground, through circular standing movement, into a flow that integrates asymmetrical balancing postures, twists and lunges before closing with a restorative posture to offer space through the thoracic region to close.
