Space-Density Meditation: A short meditation tuning into the space-density continuum that weaves all aspects of reality, from the manifest to the unmanifest, from the earth to the sky, and explores how these opposites integrate within our bodies to offer us an enquiry to explore the experience of wholeness.
Notice Life Happening: A brief meditation to invite our mode of perception from our day to day awareness into a sensitivity to noticing life moving though, and resting awareness into that flow for a few moments to replenish, to resource ourselves and to fill our cups.
Modes of Perception: This practice plays with a few different techniques to enliven awareness of what is always already there anyway. We play with sound, breath, and awareness, imposing patterns (practices/techniques) to see what might be revealed when we create contexts that welcome a naturally arising, body wide presence. This practice offers a few different ways in, and each practice can also be used on its own as a micro practice when you have less time.
Holding the Paradox: A brief meditation exploring the underlying ground of our awareness as it holds all of the fluctuations of our experience. We use a specific hand gesture as a tangible doorway into this concept and nourish ourselves in presence for a few moments before moving into the rest of our day.
Collective Heart: A beautiful meditation that I use to cultivate a felt relationship with my physiological heart as well as the heart of awareness itself. Open to a felt sense of appreciation, call in what you need and offer up what you can. A beautiful practice to connect and rest your mind into your heart, exploring the relationship between the personal and the universal.
Fill your cup: A meditation to truly replenish and receive. Bathe in source itself and allow all of the normally outpouring energy turn in and fill your cup to the brim. Close by purposefully bridging the awareness you have cultivated in your practice into your day. Includes a short chat on meditation at the end. My go to meditation for rest and nourishment.
Sitting in the Synapse: a brief overview of the nervous system and the space between stimulus and response as taught by Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, followed by a meditation to get βout of your headβ and into your felt experience. Also a useful tool to bring into daily life, to process stress, or during times of information overload, decision making or overwhelm.
Awareness Plays: A 20 minute meditation playing with how awareness can be given direction, moved, condensed expanded: and how awareness wants to play and express itself in different ways.
