Into the Center: A micro meditation supporting us to find a sense of the continuity between the world beneath the skin and the world beyond it as we explore the two ways in which “center” is interpreted philosophically in The Recognition Sutras.
Vibe Check: This is a practice from The Recognition Sutras that explores receiving a bit of the ‘vibe’ we are currently emitting out into the world. It’s super interesting! And helpful for noticing, processing and digesting how we currently are feeling as a gateway into awareness.
Objects & Awareness: A meditation to explore object predominant attention and awareness predominant attention. The practice is about building capacity for both, and being able to move in between with a little more familiarity and ease.
Meet yourself as your are: A meditation to meet yourself as you are, and become interested in the sensation of how you are doing - going underneath the language we might use to describe how we are to meet ourselves in the truth of the moment, welcome ourselves into presence from that place of honesty, and explore gradually shifting attention to awareness itself.
Decelerate - earth body meditation: a somatic meditation waking up awareness in the bones of the body. An invitation to decelerate, find quiet, find slowness and re-source. Begins with some tapping to wake up the sensory landscape before settling into stillness.
Awareness as process: A gentle meditation practice to meet yourself as you are and spend some time attuning to the rhythms of awareness and tending to yourself and the truth of what is through the warmth of your own attention.
Space-Density Meditation: A short meditation tuning into the space-density continuum that weaves all aspects of reality, from the manifest to the unmanifest, from the earth to the sky, and explores how these opposites integrate within our bodies to offer us an enquiry to explore the experience of wholeness.
Notice Life Happening: A brief meditation to invite our mode of perception from our day to day awareness into a sensitivity to noticing life moving though, and resting awareness into that flow for a few moments to replenish, to resource ourselves and to fill our cups.
Modes of Perception: This practice plays with a few different techniques to enliven awareness of what is always already there anyway. We play with sound, breath, and awareness, imposing patterns (practices/techniques) to see what might be revealed when we create contexts that welcome a naturally arising, body wide presence. This practice offers a few different ways in, and each practice can also be used on its own as a micro practice when you have less time.
Holding the Paradox: A brief meditation exploring the underlying ground of our awareness as it holds all of the fluctuations of our experience. We use a specific hand gesture as a tangible doorway into this concept and nourish ourselves in presence for a few moments before moving into the rest of our day.
Integrate along the Axis: A beautiful meditation cultivating a sense of integration and coherence along the axis, exploring some subtle distinctions in awareness and playing with moving our awareness to and from axis to find a sense of centre.
10 Minute Sit: A short guided meditation to tune in and settle down, moving awareness through your whole body and dilating attention out of our head and our thinking into a full bodied sense of being fully here, resonant and present.
Collective Heart: A beautiful meditation that I use to cultivate a felt relationship with my physiological heart as well as the heart of awareness itself. Open to a felt sense of appreciation, call in what you need and offer up what you can. A beautiful practice to connect and rest your mind into your heart, exploring the relationship between the personal and the universal.
Fill your cup: A meditation to truly replenish and receive. Bathe in source itself and allow all of the normally outpouring energy turn in and fill your cup to the brim. Close by purposefully bridging the awareness you have cultivated in your practice into your day. Includes a short chat on meditation at the end. My go to meditation for rest and nourishment.
Coming Home: A meditation to welcome every aspect of ourselves, hold and honour our current experience and to sit quietly with ourselves, our breath, listening with our whole body.
Heart Space Meditation: Bring your centre of focus down and out of your head and into your heart in this awareness practice to reclaim heart as an integrated and central aspect of our navigation system.
Ground & Space Meditation: Open to spaciousness in a way that feels rooted and grounded as well as expansive.
Into Embodiment: This is a meditation that explores the movement of formless into form via attention moving in a particular way in relationship to the breath and the base of the heart. A short, sweet micro practice.
